TURNOUTS

Turnouts are built to order. None are stocked. Expect 4 to 8 weeks lead time on turnout delivery. NOTE: Plastic ties, black stainless steel spikes and Tenmille Ground Throw (TGT) are standard on our "G" 1:22.5 Standard Gauge and 1:20.3 Narrow Gauge turnouts. Wood ties, steel spikes and Tenmille Ground Throw are standard on 1:32 turnouts. Rail joiners are NOT included.

Turnout kits come spiked to just enough wood ties to hold them in gauge, with a tie bar set (TBS) for customer installation. No ties, spikes or throw are included with kits. Turnouts DO NOT include rail joiners.

Llagas Creek's ready built turnouts come complete with the popular Tenmille Ground Throw. If you desire turnouits without TGTs installed, the reduction in price is $10.00 per throw.You may then install any throw of your choice. If you need reliable outdoor remote turnout control we recommend the Air-Matic system. If you purchase our ready built turnouts we will supply and install the Air-Matic pneumatic unit in our realistic "motor mount" for only $XX.XX extra each. Our turnouts are built with the throw on the curved side. If you require the throw on the straight side specify "Opposite Throw". Turnout kits consist of pre-formed rails pre-gauged and spiked to a few wooden ties and include a TBS for you to install. Kits are easily spiked down on ties of your choice with your choice of spikes (not included) and throw (not included).

Other options include an electrically isolated frog ($5.25 per frog). All turnout characteristics (size, direction,rail code,tie type, throw position, options) must be specified at the time the turnout is ordered.

NOTICE: There will be a packaging charge of $2.00 per turnout with a minimum of $4.00 per order. Thus one turnout = $4.00, two turnouts = $4.00, three turnouts = $6.00 and so on. This is in addition to the shipping charges, which are determined by the carrier.
